On 1 April 2017, Lavazza Australia hosted an intimate group of media at a meet-and-greet with 2017 World Number One chef and restaurateur Massimo Bottura, who was in Australia for the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards from his hometown of Modena in Italy.
Held at Otto Ristorante in Wolloomooloo, Sydney, Massimo spoke about his love for coffee as a Lavazza global ambassador, and the inspiration behind his acclaimed restaurant Osteria Francescana.
