CLONAKILTY BLACKPUDDING | BESPOKE DINNER AT GINGERBOY 

 

On Tuesday 16 October 2018, Irish black pudding brand Clonakilty, in collaboration with Kate & Co., hosted a special dinner event at iconic Asian restaurant Gingerboy.

Guests were treated to a five-course bespoke menu designed by Gingerboy chef and restaurateur Teage Ezard, each dish crafted to showcase the versatility of black pudding. 

The dinner was hosted by Clonakilty Blackpudding owner Colette Twomey, who flew over from Ireland to attend the dinner. Guest speakers included leading Melbourne butcher Peter Bouchier.

Key media and influencer guests from the food and lifestyle space were in attendance, including Khanh Ong and Sashi Cheliah.
