KATE & CO. ANNOUNCES FIVE NEW BUSINESS WINS AND OPENS SYDNEY SHOWROOM

Independently owned public relations agency, Kate & Co. Publicity and Events, is celebrating five recent new business wins including: Ovolo Hotels, Crown Melbourne, Anstel Brands (Joolz, Nattou and Kidsmill), Funlab (B. Lucky & Sons and Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq) and tech start-up Kloopr.
The agency has also recently opened a new fashion and lifestyle showroom space in its Sydney office, located in Darlinghurst.
Kate & Co. has been appointed as the retainer agency for Ovolo Hotels driving all Australian and New Zealand media relations, influencer engagement and collaborations in the lifestyle and consumer space for the international hotel group’s portfolio of properties in Australia and Hong Kong. “We’re proud of sustaining long term relationships with our clients, whilst introducing new brands to our ever-growing portfolio.”
The agency has also been appointed to manage a three-month project with Crown Melbourne to support a key milestone on their marketing calendar. Activity will include media relations and influencer engagement.
Kate & Co. has been appointed on retainer by Anstel, Australia’s leading premium baby product distributor, to manage media relations and influencer engagement for three of the company’s key nursery brands – Joolz (high-end Dutch-designed prams), Nattou (Belgium-designed developmental toys) and Kidsmill (premium Scandinavian nursery furniture, soon to be launched in Australia). The appointment comes after Kate & Co. created a successful event with Anstel in 2017, to celebrate Joolz’s 10 year anniversary in Australia.
In addition, Kate & Co. is thrilled to once again be collaborating with entertainment and hospitality group, Funlab (owners of Holey Moley), to manage the launch of two exciting new venues in Melbourne, B. Lucky & Sons and Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq. Kate & Co. will be responsible for managing the venue’s launch events, including guest list, as well as media relations and influencer engagement.
The agency will also be launching a new online food delivery platform with a conscience, Kloopr. The campaign includes a signing ceremony in August marking the announcement of Kloopr’s key partners, followed by a launch campaign later in the year.
Adding to the extensive new business wins, Kate & Co. is also thrilled to have opened its new Sydney showroom space which features Witchery and Phare collections. The showroom is open to media, stylists, influencers and celebrities for one-on-one appointments and showings. The agency also invites fashion and lifestyle brands looking for showroom representation to get in touch.
