On Thursday, 2nd December, Kate & Co. PR together with Founder and Creative Director Shannon Thomas opened Désordre’s highly anticipated first Melbourne boutique with an intimate celebration for VIP clients and guests. Fashion royalty Alex Perry, whose designer wears hang exclusively at Désordre, joined the celebrations as guest of honour.
Attendees were treated to an evening of style and substance at the newly opened store, while they previewed exclusive new arrivals from local and international designers, including Alex Perry, Area NYC, Aya Muse, Magda Butrym, Christopher Esber, Toni Maticevski and Paris Georgia.
Partygoers had their choice of three delicious flavours from a bespoke and free-flowing margarita bar, in addition to gourmet canapes to compliment the evening of elegance. The blush pink store was transformed into a feast for the eyes, from the branded décor to dreamy changerooms worthy of the most instagramable moments. Foliage and fresh blooms cascaded down the walls, paying homage to the vibrant hues of the garments hanging along each rack.
Other VIPs included Rozalia Russian, Rebecca Harding, Elliot Garnaut, Deni Todorovic, Lana Wilkinson, Sharon Johal, Cat Spanti, Effie Kats and Jade Kisnorbo.
